Vitor Fonseca
Vice President

Vitor Fonseca is a Vice President and is involved in all aspects of our financing and lending operations.

Having started his career with The Cadillac Fairview Corporation, Vitor has held senior finance positions with real estate developers and private investment firms for over 20 years. Immediately prior to joining Romspen he was Chief Operating Officer of Retirement Life Communities, a developer and operator of retirement residences.

Vitor has a MBA from the Rotman School of Business at the University of Toronto and is a Certified General Accountant.
