Bonnie Bowerman
Vice President, Underwriting

Bonnie Bowerman is Vice President, Underwriting and oversees all mortgage underwriting operations.

Bonnie brings 19 years of real estate valuation and lending experience to her current position, having worked for companies such as Sun Life Assurance Company and Aetna Canada since 1995. Prior to 1995, Bonnie was a Senior Consultant with Drivers Jonas Canada Ltd working throughout Canada and the U.S. in both the valuation and optimization of a diverse range of corporately held and institutional grade real estate.

Bonnie has a Bachelor of Administrative Studies from York University where she graduated with distinction and received an Academic Award of Merit.

Bonnie is a member of the Ontario Land Economists Association.
