Vitor Fonseca posses extensive real estate knowledge along with strong financial, accounting and investment management skills. Vitor is responsible for the management of our finance and accounting departments and will assist in the evaluation and closing of new mortgage loans.

Director, Mortgage Administration
Mary brings over 20 years of consistent and progressive experience in mortgage lending to this position. Mary is responsible for the overall management of the Mortgage Administration Department along with the responsibility of implementing new systems.

With over 14 years of Executive Management experience, Ann is responsible for the overall project management of the Romspen Mortgage Fund. Ann is also head of Investor Relations for the Romspen Mortgage Fund.

Loans
Martin is a civil engineer and MBA with extensive real estate
and lending experience. Martin monitors and coordinates the
mortgage application ensuring that all aspects of the transaction
come together on closing.

Services
With 15 years experience in Asset Management , Krys assists financial advisors, brokers, agents, lawyers and accountants in utilizing Romspen's services.

Cherilynne and Virginia take over the mortgage administration
on closing and deal directly with the borrower during the
entire term of the mortgage.

Margi de Sousa
Senior Mortgage Administrator
A senior legal secretary for over 20 years; Margi supervises compliance issues including
realty taxes, insurance and mortgage renewals. |

Genia Ionova
Closing Coordinator
Genia has been with Romspen for over 5 years, having started in the Client Relations department, where she gained experience in documentation and compliance. Genia has recently joined the origination team as a closing coordinator responsible for the due diligence process.

Pat Lawton
Closing Coordinator
With 25 years experience in administration of commercial and residential mortgages, Pat is responsible for the due diligence process and loan funding. Prior to joining the origination team at Romspen, Pat managed large commercial mortgage portfolios at Canada Life Mortgage Services and GMAC Commercial Mortgage Ltd.

Olga has progressed through various roles of increasing responsibility in general servicing and administration. Olga assists the origination department as a New Loan Administrator responsible for engaging third party reports along with obtaining all closing documentation.
